RAISIN' CAIN FOR ITP AWARNESS 5K

REGISTRATION DAY OF RACE 09/17/2016 WILL BEGIN AT 8:30AM!!!  SHIRTS WILL NOT BE GUARANTEED THE DAY OF RACE IF NOT PREORDERED.  IF YOU CAN NOT PICK UP YOUR SHIRT THE PERSON YOU SEND WILL HAVE TO HAVE A DRIVERS LICENSE COPY AND NOTE FROM YOU REQUESTING THEY RECEIVE YOUR SHIRT.  IF YOUR SHIRT IS NOT PICKED UP DAY OF EVENT BY 9AM WE WILL CONSIDER IT NOT WANTED.

One of our ESA (Epsilon Sigma Alpha) members (Kristy Cain) son (Riley Cain) has been diagnosed with ITP which has to do with the way your platelets are formed and produce.  We are hosting this walk in honor of Riley.  We want to bring awareness to this blood disorder in hopes of finding a treatment plan or cure.  At this point the only form of treatment is chemotherapy which some can't take. All proceeds from this event will go to the Hematology Clinic at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. This 5K will be held at Park in Steele Missouri.
