Run for Kaysen virtual 5k

I started this run for a friend of mine who had a sweet baby girl on July 26th and unfortunately she was born with some heart problems. Right now she is at Laurie's childrens hospital in Chicago and has been put on the heart transplant list. I got the urge to help out in some way and being a runner myself and knowing how great and helpful fellow runners are I thought what a perfect way to help raise some money to help them out with expenses. 

You can run this event anytime. Registration will be open until september 2nd.  Run, walk, bike, swim its up to you. You will get a medal just for signing up and paying the $25 fee. No requirements but would LOVE if you would share your photos of you or your group on the run for Kaysen page for everyone to see.  Thanks SO MUCH for helping me raise money to help the costs of taking care of a sick child.     

**your race bib should be emailed to you within 24 hours of sign up. If you don't have it by then please email me lmiller519@gmail.com. Bibs are just for fun, you don't have to have it to run. Lots of runners like to save them so that's why made did them. Plus it's fun for pictures etc :) 

**medals you should receive your medal closer to the end of September. They take several weeks to be made. I will update on a better date to expect it when I have one.

**Anyone donating after sept 4th will not recieve a medal.
