Description
Who would not love a family friendly, fun-filled night overlooking the Ross Barnett Reservoir? Come join us for the Inaugural Run at The Rabbit 5K and 1 mile kid’s fun run! We will kick the party off with a scenic 5K run through the beautiful Town of Lost Rabbit. The kids will then have the opportunity to participate in a free 1 mile fun run (this event is free but please register online). Don’t be in a big hurry to leave because the post race party will feature a band, food, drinks, and a breath-taking sunset! Proceeds from the event will benefit The Lilly Pad.
Race Schedule
Saturday May 18, 2019
- 3:00pm - Onsite registration and packet pickup opens
- 4:30pm - Onsite registration and packet pickup closes
- 5:00pm - Lost Rabbit 5k Start
- 6:00pm - Bunny Run Start
- 6:30pm - Awards ceremony for Lost Rabbit 5k
Post Race Party
After the race don't rush off we will be having a huge family friendly party. We’ll have a DJ, fun jump, face painter, food trucks & more, so bring the whole family because admission is free. Your entry to the 5k will get you 2 beverage tickets for use at the post race party.
5k Course
The 5k course will take you on a beautiful run through the town of Lost Rabbit showcasing its scenic views and fantastic community feel. All Turns will be marked and an aid station with water and sports drink will be provided.
Bunny Run Course
The Bunny Run Course will take you on a nice scenic tour through the town of Lost Rabbit. All Turns will be marked and an aid station with water and sports drink will be provided.
Packet Pickup
Packet pickup will be held from 3:00pm to 4:45pm at the Town of Lost Rabbit on race day, 5/11/2019.
