THE RUT TRAINING RUNS ARE DESIGNED TO HELP YOU SUCCEED AT THE RUT MOUNTAIN RUNS THIS YEAR. WE OFFER THREE COURSES THAT ALL GO UP AND OVER LONE PEAK FOLLOWING THE BACK HALVES OF THE 28K AND 50K COURSES. THIS IS THE PERFECT OPPORTUNITY TO CHECK OUT THE RUT COURSES IN A STRESS-FREE NON-COMPETITIVE ENVIRONMENT. WE WILL MARK THE COURSE FOR YOU AND HAVE AID STATIONS ALONG THE WAY. YOU JUST HAVE TO SHOW UP AND RUN!
