A free online course discussing pelvic floor musculature and its role in common dysfunctions seen in female runners.  Common conditions covered include urinary incontinence/leakage, prolapse, postpartum health and pelvic pain. We will discuss different strategies for addressing these conditions and the role of physical therapy in pelvic floor dysfunction. Participants who sign up will receive a zoom link that will be emailed 24 hours prior to the course start date. All participants will be entered into a drawing to win either a free 30 minute physical therapy consult or a free running gait analysis (winner's choice). Sign up will close a the start time of the event.
