Description
5 K registration at 9:00 (same day) and race starts at 10:00. 1 mile after 5k around 10:45. Course is 1/2 on asphalt streets and 1/2 dirt roads and countryside lanes. 1 mile is asphalt streets. Cost (inc. t-shirt) $25.00 for 5K, $20.00 for 1 mile. Kids 12 and under are $15 for all races.

Tracy Martin Benefit run
Tracy Martin, 23 year old young lady with rare form of cancer sadly passed away last Friday Mar. 18. The benefit will go towards med. bills and funeral arrangements. Also, night before, entire night at Ryegate, auctions, karyoke etc for Tracy.
