NAH's Children's Health Center (CHC) is a multi-specialty, interdisciplinary outpatient facility serving children in northern Arizona. Our comprehensive, pediatric services include detailed evaluations, treatment and medical rehabilitation and encompass a wide range of disabilities and delays that affect children from infancy through age 21.
Services include:
Children's Rehabilitative Services (CRS)
Children's Specialty Clinics
Safe Child Center to protect children and families
Pediatric Audiology
NAH Inspire (formerly Fit Kids)

CHC strives to make care more accessible, affordable and convenient by being a one-stop-shop for specialty healthcare needs for children.
The CHC care team includes specialty pediatric physicians, nurse practitioners, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, a feeding therapy team, registered nurses, audiologists, registered dietitians, exercise physiologists, social workers and case managers, and patient service coordinators. Many children who come to CHC have several diagnoses and require multiple treatments to address them. The team works together to create an individualized plan of care for each child, coordinating services and providing necessary referrals all in support of our mission—improving health, healing people.
CHC's facility includes ample parking and is easily accessible, just four minutes from interstate 40, and conveniently located off Highway 89A near the Flagstaff mall. The larger interior space allows CHC to grow its offerings, upgrade equipment to improve patient care and outcomes, and decrease wait times for scheduling appointments.
