Be part of the Meadows Miler Vendor Village to showcase your business, products, or services while supporting our local autism community!

$100 Commitment

Please download, complete, and return the vendor form to communication@pcdi.org to become a 2025 vendor! 

Last year, we welcomed over 1,200 runners and spectators and each year both the number of participants and the Vendor Village has steadily grown. Don't miss out on this highly anticipated event to gain invaluable brand exposure.

**This year, vendors will be permitted to sell non-food products!** 

  • One 6' rectangle table and two folding chairs will be provided.
  • Vendor name and logo will be listed on Meadows Miler website.
  • All vendors are required to clean up after themselves and leave their area as they found it.
  • Vendors are permitted to sell products and share marketing materials (e.g., coupons, free samples) to advertise to runners and community members. 
  • Meadows Miler will take place rain or shine. We cannot accommodate refund requests after October 17.
  • The event start time is 9:00 a.m. Vendors can begin to arrive to set-up at 7:30 a.m.
