Advance Packet Pickup

We are excited to offer two advance packet pickup opportunities before race day!

🐳 Monday, August 17
Time: 5:00 PM - 7:30 PM
Location: Aberdeen Festival Park Under the Large Pavilion

🐳 Tuesday, August 18
Time: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Location: Charm City Run Bel Air, 126 S Main St., Bel Air, MD 21014

Important Information:
🐚 We encourage all participants to attend one of the advance packet pickup sessions if possible.
🐚 If you are unable to attend either advance pickup, packet pickup will also be available on race day. See Race Day Pickup Information below
🐚 For the Aberdeen pickup, look for us under or near the large pavilion.
🐚 For the Bel Air pickup, we will be located inside the Charm City Run Bel Air store.
📧 Reminder emails will be sent out during race week, so please keep an eye on your inbox.
🌟 If you are picking up for another participant, please have their name available when checking in.
🌟 Virtual Runners! If you are local and want to pick up your items at the advance packet pickup you are welcome to do so. If you don't pick the items up, we will ship them to you.

Race Day Packet Pickup
Location: Aberdeen Festival Park
Packet pickup on race day will be located under the two main tents at the entrance of the park, beginning at 6:00 AM.
Please point your GPS to: 60 N. Parke St., Aberdeen, MD.

There is plenty of free parking available around the race area.

Please plan to arrive early and be ready to provide your registration information when checking in.
