Schedule & Packet Pick-Up
We will have 2 locations for packet pick up - THERE IS NO PACKET PICK UP ON RACE MORNING - Participants who do not live in Nassau or Suffolk County will be contacted by race staff for alternative packet pick up.
PACKET PICK UP:
- September 11th (Thursday) 3pm to 7pm Babylon Bike Shop, 218 E Main St, Babylon, NY 11702
- September 12th (Friday) 3pm to 7pm Tiki Joes, 1 William Floyd Pkwy, Shirley, NY 11967
- If you go through the Toll Parking Booth, Please tell them you are picking up your packet
Race Day! Saturday, September 13th
- 4:30 AM Race Day Staff Time
- 6:00 AM Transition Opens
- 6:45 AM Must Park By
- 7:00 AM Road Closes To Traffic
- 7:25 AM Transition Closes
- 7:30 AM Group Pic By Finish Line
- 7:35 AM Lightning Warriors Team Pic
- 7:39 AM National Anthem
- 7:40 AM Warm Up
- 7:45 AM Race Briefing
Please note the start times may be adjusted based on the number of athletes per race age group (age at the end of the year) and gender
