This is not our first rodeo. You do not need to show up early to pick up your packet/register. You do not need to bring confirmation of registration. We will have your name in our system and will assign you a bib at check in.

Every participant receives a custom souvenir race medal (Pack Pass members receive one race medal per Pass year), a custom race bib, a custom race sticker, a gel, fizz, tangy candy, aid station support, a certified course, and recorded/published results.
There is plenty of free onsite parking at each event. You do not need to arrive early. Registration starts at 8 am.

Basically, we do not offer refunds, but please read the fine print.
Wolf Pack Adventures will issue refunds within two weeks of the original date of a canceled event. No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to acts of nature, such as forest fires, pandemics, inclement weather, or wildlife concerns. Deferrals will be issued for events canceled due to acts of nature. No refunds will be issued to participants who cancel or do not attend an event. No race "swag" will be mailed or held for participants who do not attend an event. Participants may transfer to another event. No refunds will be issued to participants who transfer to other events. Wolf Pack Adventures understands that everyone has personal circumstances, and we value our community, so we will allow injured runners to defer to a different race or event, or defer their registration to the following year or to another runner. For planning purposes, we cannot issue a refund to an injured runner.

You can leave items at the start finish area, or in your vehicle. Parking is nearby for all events.

Vault toilets at the start, finish, and portables on the course.
The finish line closes at 6pm. Due to permitting/safety reasons, everyone must be off the course by 6pm.

There is a full aid station at the start/finish, which is also in the center of most loops, and a hydration station halfway through the main loop.
We do recommend runners wear a hydration vest.

The Yellowstone and Bob Marshall races are chip-timed. The Divide is timed via camera.
Results will be posted on the Sunday after the event.
No. We will get everyone registered and start the event on time. Registration starts at 8 am.

Leashed dogs are welcome at all Wolf Pack events.

We can give your friends/family specific directions to places where they can see you during the event.

Multiple loop races can have a pacer for the final loop. Single-loop races can have a pacer from the aid station point.

We use a combination of flags, cones, signs, and arrows to mark the course. You can also download a GPX file for general directions. Please note that courses are subject to change, so please follow the marked course.
