Coaches Information - 2025
Dear Coaches and Athletic Directors,
We are in full preparation for our invitational set to take place on Friday August 22nd. Athletic Directors should forward this note to their coaches as I may not have all of the coaches' contact information.
Here is some important information:
1. The coaches will need to enter their runners who will be participating in the event in the spreadsheet format and return the information to me by Monday 8/18 at noon. We will be using LinMark again to manage the electronic timing (https://www.linmarksports.com/). Please note that entries need to be submitted by using this spreadsheet. Please make sure to enter the correct information for each runner including first name, last name, school, gender, correct code for each race.
2. Course Maps are posted on this page - use the icon at the top.
3. Please notify your bus companies that they will not be allowed to park on our campus. We will park the buses at Northampton Community College during the races. I am also attaching a map that includes the location for the bus parking. Upon entering Moravian Academy’s campus, buses will need to unload their athletes by our Athletic Center.
4. Coaches will need to check in at the tent located by the finish line to receive their race packets with the final instructions and race bibs for the runners. WE WILL HAVE A BRIEF COACHES MEETING AT 1:30 PM AT THE FINISH LINE.

· Boys’ Varsity @ 2:50 pm
· Girls’ Varsity @ 3:25 pm
· Sub-Varsity Boys’ @ 3:55 pm
· Sub-Varsity Girls’ @ 4:30 pm
· Awards ceremony @ 5:00 pm
