Description
The Uwharrie Running Club will take you from the couch to a 5k in their Spring Running 101 Program. Over 1,000 runners have participated in Running 101 over the years.
URC is excited to announce that we are bringing Running 101 back this year. We will start on Monday, March 9th at 6:15 pm at Vac & Dash. Jason Britney will be leading the classes and we hope to have a different speaker lined up each week to discuss different running topics.
We will meet each Monday at Vac & Dash at 6:15 pm until the Beach Blast 5K.
Cost will be $40 which includes a Running 101 t-shirt and entry into the Beach Blast 5K on Saturday, May
2nd.
Please share and encourage your friends that are interested in becoming a runner to sign up. We will have signup available on RunSignUp.com by the end of the week or you can stop by Vac & Dash.
