Motivational 5K

This is a virtual 5K race that can be walked, jogged, or ran at any time you choose, at the location of your choice, indoors or outdoors. Once you register and decide the date for your 5K, we will ship you your medal after you post your results on our Facebook page and we will The choice is yours. In addition a donation from each registration will be given to St. Judes Childrens Research Hospital to continue assisting children in need. It's a win win situation!
