The 7th Annual Gristmill 5K at Historic Murray's Mill is an off-road course utilized by local high school cross country teams for local meets. This course consists of mostly non-technical trails, with a few footbridges that cross the surrounding waterways and leads you by the placid pond as it slips over a mill dam, while the 28’ waterwheel of this National Register Historic Site makes its slow way 'round.
