Description
The goal of the National African American Male Wellness Initiative and 5k walk/run is to raise awareness for preventable health diseases. Living a healthy lifestyle is about taking a holistic approach to maintaining good health. Good health is maintained through healthy habits. We will provide free health screenings, promote annual doctor visits, while encouraging men to stay active and know their numbers.
We will start the Screenings at 8 am followed by the Run/Walk at 9:30 am.
PACKET PICKUP
You will be able to pick up your bib number and goody bags on Saturday morning starting at 8 am at the race site located at 3400 Beatties Ford Road.
