Halloween themed 5k run, walk and ruck hosted by the Holly Springs Police Department, starts and ends at the Holly Springs Law Enforcement Center in Holly Springs, NC. The route is staffed by active duty and retired Holly Springs law enforcement officers and Fire Department personnel that will be cheering you on as you navigate the course through beautiful Holly Springs. All proceeds raised from the event go directly towards benefiting the 40,000 Special Olympics athletes and coaches of North Carolina. Costumes are encouraged.
Wednesday, October 18th at the Holly Springs Law Enforcement Center (750 Holly Springs Road, Holly Springs, NC 27540) from 4-6 pm.
Thursday, October 19th at the Holly Springs Law Enforcement Center (750 Holly Springs Road, Holly Springs, NC 27540) from 4-6 pm.
There will not be parking at the Holly Springs law Enforcement Center, but there is parking available at Holly Ridge Elementary School, Holly Springs Crossing and several other areas very close to the Law Enforcement Center. See map below.
RACE WILL OCCUR RAIN OR SHINE: If there is thunder or lightning, the race start time will be delayed until the conditions are safe. If you have any health conditions (allergies, asthma, etc.) that may be impacted by heat or humidity, you should consult with your physician prior to running this race or not run the race at all.
ROADS: This will be an open course and no roads will be closed.
