Description
Scotland Memorial Foundation will host the 12th Annual FUNd Run-4-Life on April 23, 2016.
Whether you are a serious runner, exercise enthusiast or just ready for an outdoor stroll, this is the event for you! Choose from the USATF Certified HALF-MARATHON or 5K RUN/WALK or just bring the family out for a fun 1-mile stroll around the hospital campus and enjoy a morning of healthy exercise with friends and family. Kids of all ages can also enjoy fun-filled activities in the Kids Zone area from bounce houses, obstacle course, and a trackless train, to face painting, corn hole, soccer and much more! We will also have local food vendors. Encourage your family, friends and employees to join in the festivities, too!

The Diabetes Education Fund – The Diabetes Education Fund provides resources and education programs focused on addressing the growing trend of diabetes in children and adults. Diabetes is one of the leading causes of death in our region; obesity, physical inactivity, unhealthy diet, and smoking are contributing factors to this disease.
Scotland Cancer Treatment Center – Scotland Memorial Foundation provides financial support to Scotland Cancer Treatment Center’s Patient Assistance Fund. The Patient Assistance fund assists patients who may be faced with financial challenges during their cancer care and treatment.
