Classes will be held in the space above Dr. Connie's Market, in Locust Town Center @ 241 Town Center Drive.  Classes are $7 cash or $8 with card to paid upon arrival of class. (do not pay any $$ on this website)   Please indicate which class you are signing up for.  Class size is limited so sign up asap!  Minimum of 2 participants per class will be mandatory.  Each class will be approximately one hour long.  Lunch time classes will all be a Slow Flow & Stretch class, where the Tuesday evening Power Glow Class will be a faster paced fun flow celebrating Halloween.  All levels are welcome.
