Running with Nicki was created on behalf the late Nicki Nicole Locklear. Nicki, was killed in a car accident August 11, 2013 leaving behind a 3yr old little boy named Ethan Pate. A group of her closest friends came together and wanted to do something for this young man in honor of his mother. She participated in quiet a few 5k runs and began to love them. So what better way to carry on her legacy than a 5k Run..
