7th Annual University of Mount Olive Trojan Trot 5K & 1.5 Mile Fun Run/Walk

This is a fundraiser for the UMOXCTF Programs and the Exercise Science Department at Mount Olive! 

Hosted by: University of Mount Olive Alumni Association and the Mount Olive Cross Country/Track and Field Teams

Saturday, November 16, 2019, 9:00 AM on the campus of The University of Mount Olive
COURSES – The 5K race course is USATF certified, partially shaded, mostly flat, and makes a single loop through the town of Mount Olive (it'll be fast!!) which includes running through the beautiful campus of the University of Mount Olive (UMO). There is also a 1.5 mile fun run/walk course which also loops around the UMO campus. University of Mount Olive physical address for race: 634 Henderson Street; Mount Olive, NC 28365

TIMING AND SCORING – Blue Ridge Timing will provide official chip timing and bibs will be provided in the runner's packets along with other goodies. 

ENTRY FEES – 5K - $25 for current UMO students/faculty/staff (must enter official UMO Coupon, contact the race director for that coupon). $35 for all others in advance. Price includes a T-shirt with pre-registration and a goody bag with discounts and offers. Do not mail entries after November 10, just bring to the race or drop off at UMO at Coach Potter's office in the upstairs area of Kornegay Arena. 

ENTRY FEES - Walk - $10 with the option to buy the race day shirt!   

T-SHIRTS – Guaranteed size to all that are registered by November 5. Some shirts may be available race day.

AWARDS, 5K ONLY – There will be a cash prize for 1st and 2nd place runners for both genders, 1st place will also receive a special voucher!  Prizes are still being determined along with other giveaways.  Door prizes will also be included on raceday!!
