Place
Description
Swim:
The swim is a 750 meters in the Lake Harris. It will be a point to point swim. The start and finish of the swim are about 400 yards apart.
Bike:
The bike course is one 17.5 mile loop. The course is rolling and takes place on rural county roads. The roads are open to traffic - but traffic is usually fairly light.
Please click here to see the updated bike course map. The only change is that we now turn right on Green Oaks Pkwy to cut out some of Hwy 55.
Run:
The 5K run course is an out & back with a loop. The course is rolling and moderately shaded.
