T-Shirt - guaranteed t-shirt if registered by October 10 for the 5K or Monster 1/2 mile fun run!
The virtual race is a $25 donation only. No t-shirt will be given.
Awards
Top 3 overall, male and female in 5K, will receive medals.
Top 3 in each age group, male and female in 5K, will receive medals.
Overall winners not eligible for age group awards.
Top 3 overall in each age group in the Monster 1/2-Mile Fun Run will receive ribbons.
All Fun Run participants will receive
a participation ribbon.
Fun Run is for ages 11 & under.
5K Age Groups
9 & under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50 & over
Fun Run Age Groups
6 & under, 7-9, 10-11
Costume Contests - The costume contests will follow completion of races. There will be categories for adults and children.
Feel free to make a donation in place of participation and /or donation exceeding the amount of the registration fee. Overton Elementary PTA appreciates your support!
Timing and race results will be done by Salisbury Rowan Runners.
Flat, Scenic Certified Course
Start on W. Park Road, turn right at Hickory Drive, left on E. Park Road, right on W. Park Road, along the Greenway to Prescott Drive. Turn left on Prescott, turn right on Knollwood, turn left on Courtland, turn left on Wake, turn right back onto Prescott. Proceed to end of road, turn around at cul-de-sac and proceed back on Prescott to the Greenway by following the reverse route until you get to Knox. At Knox, turn right at the tennis courts and proceed up and around the track to the right. The race finishes on the track.
