Amber Nash Dash

This race is to benifit and support Amber Nash, a 28 year old identicle triplet as she battles against synovial soft cell sarcoma. She loves to live a healthy lifestyle by eating healthy, exercising, being outside; running, riding bikes, hiking but most of all she loves being around her friends and family.  She is such a loving and giving person and if you know her then you know this is true!  The 5K will be at Common Ground of Stanley, NC. There will also be a small loop for kids to run, walk, or ride bikes around.  The cost will be $25 and this includes a tshirt that you will get at the run.. The runners will start at 4:00pm and the walkers will start at 4:10.  Sign up online from this website and include your tshirt size before 5/27/16. If you cant register before the date, do not worry you can register the day of the event but the tshirts will be first come first serve with the sizes we have availible. The registration tent will open at 3:00 pm.
