Greetings fellow ghoulish runners and zombie walkers!
Unfortunately, due to anticipated washout conditions, we are announcing that the Polk County Public Libraries Trick-or-Trot 5k has been canceled with the anticipation that it will make an extra spooky return in 2020. While we are prepared for adverse conditions during the race, the potential for sustained rain in the period leading up to it makes preparing for the event untenable. We thank all our volunteers and sponsors and hope you will join us next year! Best wishes and happy Halloween!
Join the Polk County Public Libraries for a haunting evening of treats at the most spooktacular event of the season, the Trick-or-Trot 5k! Ghoulish runners and zombie walkers are invited to dress up in their Halloween costumes and trick-or-treat for candy at this FREE family-friendly event.
