Description
Our Saturday morning run is great way for the whole family to start your day. We are usually done with all events and awards by 9:45am so you still have time to take on whatever your day brings!
There are 5 events in which you can participate:
- 5K Run: out-and-back, chip-timed, USATF-certified and sanctioned course
- 1-Mile Family Walk: non-competitive run/walk out-and-back on the first 0.5miles of the 5K course
- Itty Bitty Buddy Dash: free 50’ish yard dash for 6&under runners (t-shirt not included)
- Virtual 5K: shirts, race numbers, and goody bags will be mailed (shipping is included in the registration fee) after the race
- No Run Fun Run: all the perks of being a runner without actually having to run .
There is a bounce house for the kids, Kona Ice will be on hand selling their snow cones, and food will be available for the whole family.

Saturday, 26-September
- 6:30am – 8:00am Packet pickup & registration @ Discovery Point, 1212 Heritage Links, Wake Forest
- 8:00am – 1-mile Family Walk (NO ROLLER RUN for 2015)
- 8:30am – Chip-timed 5K (no wheels except for strollers, please)
- 9:15am – Itty Bitty Buddy Dash (5 & Under runners)
- 9:30am – Awards
