Description
On November 16th at 9:00am, Tuscola High School Cross Country will be hosting its first ever Mountaineer 5k fundraiser! All proceeds will go to the boys and girls Tuscola High School Cross Country programs. All participants such as runners, walkers, strollers, etc are welcome!
The run will start and finish at 66 Commerce Street Waynesville, NC 28786 outside of Panacea Coffeehouse, Cafe, and Roastery. The course is flat and fast, a hard find in the mountains! Awards will be unique hand-made ceramic medals and Mountaineers by Mud Dabbers Pottery and Crafts.
Packet pickup will take place from 3:30-5:00 PM on Friday 11/15 at Panacea Coffee House - 66 Commerce St. Waynesville, NC 28786. Registrants may also pickup their packets the morning of the race beginning at 7:45:AM.
Overall male and female runners will receive a unique hand crafted ceramic Mountaineer.
Medals will be give to the top 3 finishers in the following Age Groups:
10 and Under
11-14
15-18
19-29
30-39
40-49
50-59
60-69
70 and over
