THE RACE

Come race for pies and charity again this year at the 23rd Annual Son Run 5K & 1 Mile at the “Loop” in Wrightsville Beach, NC! You can run or walk this event.
Awards winners will receive an Apple Annie's Apple Pie.
This year’s three charities receiving proceeds from the race are: Eden Village Wilmington Area Rebuilding Ministry A Safe Place
This race is an outreach project of Wrightsville United Methodist Church.
Participants who register by September 8th receive a Son Run race shirt in their selected size. Participants who register after September 8th can choose from remaining sizes.
THE COURSE
1 Bob Sawyer Drive Wrightsville Beach, NC
This race course begins in front of Wrightsville Beach Parks and Recreation and is a flat surface, scenic loop around Wrightsville Beach. Automobile traffic will not be excluded – intersections will be manned for participant’s safety.
This race course is also stroller & wheelchair friendly! However, dogs are not allowed on this course so please leave them at home or with a non-running spectator.
