Want to run a race but don't know how or where to start? Training for your first 5K can give you a reason to get out the door!
This 6 week program is designed for the beginner and will prepare you to run your first 5K (3.1miles). The slow buildup of this 6 week plan will allow your body to adapt to running 3.1 miles continuously. You will run your 5K the weekend of July 10th or 11th whichever is convenient for you. You will need to email me proof of your race time. 

Included in the registration:
6 week training plan
Weekly check-ins
Running and nutrition tips including: running form, injury prevention, increasing speed and distance, and how to choose the right shoe
Upon completion of your 5K you will receive a certificate of completion and a 5K trinket

*If you are local you have the option of one-on-one coaching 1-2 days a week

10% of all registration fees will go to support our local Kids Run the Nation Program
