Location--Chadron State Park Hwy 385 Chadron,Ne.

Disciplines--biking,run/hike,kayak if possible

This event is similar to what we did up North over a year ago at Niobrara SP,Lewis & Clark and Ponca SP. This was and will be non-competitive but a way for people to get together and experience the outdoors,get in exercise at their own accord,see parks they may have never been to and take part in the Game & Parks "Your Parks Adventure" game and have a lot of fun.

THIS YEARS EVENT WILL BE GOING IN CONJUCTION WITH THE NEBRASKA GAME & PARKS "YOUR PARKS ADVENTURE" THAT ENCOMPASSES AT LOT OF THE STATE FROM MAY TO OCTOBER. YOU MAY FOLLOW ALONG WITH WHERE I'M GOING OR HANG FOR A DAY OR 2 THEN VENTURE OFF TO GET SOME OF THE LOCATIONS THE PARKS HAVE PUT OUT AND MANY OF THESE WILL BE ALONG OUR ROUTES.
THEIR INFO AND SIGN UP WILL BE OUT SOON.

DAY 1--CHADRON STATE PARK POND--8:00am-10:00am check in-Get map and do any or all of the disciplines (bike-run-hike) on the trails,roads for a period 0f 2-3 hours.
You can bike-hike or run the trails within the park. The views are unreal.
Keep track of your mileage.
Drive to Ft. Robinson approx. 20 miles away.
Meet at Soldier Campground--1:00pm--get park map--Same disciplines at Chadron SP. You can also kayak here. 
Elapsed time--2-3 hours
Record your mileage.
From here some may travel to Valentine or you can choose to go South on Hwy 385 to Chimney Rock are and then continue East for checkpoints.
Travel time to Valentine Approx. 2.5 hours.
Some will camp at the City Park or Smith Falls.
DAY 2--VALENTINE--HWY 83 & EAST B STREET SHELTER.--8:30-9:30am AM Check in. IF YOU DRIVE THERE THE FIRST DAY WE CAN START EARLIER AFTER BREAKFAST!
GET MAPS & CLUES FOR THE COWBOY TRAIL. 
THOSE THAT DID THE ULTRA FOR YEARS WILL BE FAMILIAR WITH THE AREA. THIS IS SOME OF THE BEST IN THE STATE. THERE WILL BE CHECKPOINTS ALONG THE WAY EAST. YOU CAN BIKE-RUN/HIKE AFTER YOU FIND A POINT OR GO TO IT. 3-4 HOURS RECORD MILEAGE
DAY 3--HERE IS A TURNING POINT. YOU MAY CONTINUE TO NORFOLK ALONG THE TRAIL OR HEAD SOUTH TO KEARNEY.
DAY3--GET MAPS AT COTTONMILL PARK--8:30AM. RUN/HIKE--BIKE ON THE CITY TRAILS. YOU CAN RIDE OR DIVE TO FT.KEARNY AND DO THE SAME. 
RECORD YOUR MILEAGE TIME--3 HOURS
YOU WILL FIND MULTIPLE PLACES TO CAMP ALONG THE COWBOY TRAIL IN SOME CITY PARKS.
TOTAL HOURS FOR THESE DAYS 10-13. YOU WILL BE SURPRISED WHAT MILEAGE WE CAN GET AND SEE SOME AWESOME PARTS OF THE STATE.
THIS IS FUN!! NOT COMPETITION. AND TRY TO GET AS MANY CHECKPOINTS IN THE PARKS ADVENTURE.WE WILL TRY AND GET TOGETHER AT THE END OF EACH DAY TO EAT AND HANG OUT.
ONCE HOME I WILL BE GOING OUT DURING THIS CONTEST TO OCTOBER  AND COLLECTING POINTS CLOSER TO HOME.I WILL P0ST IF ANYONE WANTS TO TAG ALONG.
