NEWWA Water For People Committee Presents: Walk For Water Charity Event

The New England Water Works Association Water For People committee is hosting an in-person event to raise money and awareness for the mission of Water For People. The proceeds from each registration, minus processing fees, will be donated to Water For People. The event will take place at the Tower Hill Pond Reservoir in which registrants will be able to participate in a group walk around the reservoir. To encourage as much participation as possible, there is a virtual option for people to show their support wherever they are! 

There are four registration types, three for in-person participation and one for virtual. Virtual participants are encouraged to complete the walk at any point on the event date. Your in-person registration type will quality you for a certain amount of entries in the raffle depending on the registration. 

Check-in for the in-person event will begin at 8:00 AM with the walk beginning at 9:00 AM. Participants will have to finish by 12:00 PM. After the walk, we encourage people to hang around where there will be refreshments and we will be raffling off our prizes!
