 Registration the week of the race

Monday- All scored races 7 pm: for all Saturday races7:30 pm: for Sunday races. 

Tuesday- All children's races7 pm: for Saturday races 7:30:pm for Sunday races

Midweek Races will open for reg 7days before race at 7pm

Coaches must register for Races, complete prescreen and day of screen. Each Team must appoint 1 Coach as team captain.

Divisional Restrictions on non scored events give priority to FSC,LRT&BBTS for first 48hours of registration, any others in that time frame will be removed and refunded event fee but not runsignup fees. After the 48hour restriction registration is open to other NHARA members.

Registration will be limited to 100 athletes and a first come first serve waitlist will be initiated once the limit has been reached.  Registration will close 48 hours before the race.  Deadline to cancel and receive a refund remains unchanged-72 hours prior to the race.  

All athletes and coaches must complete a COVID19 pre-screen questionnaire 48-24 hours prior to the race.  A reminder will be sent to the email entered during registration around 7:00AM 48 hours prior to the race.  Failure to respond to the questionnaire within the time limit will result in the athlete being removed from the race with no refund issued. Please check your SPAM folder w/in this time frame.

No Parent Ticket/No Lodge/No Yurt/No Spectators/No Pets/No Food or Beverage Services. Your car is your lodge/locker.
