CP5K changed from In-person to Virtual only
IMPORTANT EVENT UPDATE:
Due to the Nor’easter, Sunday’s in-person Run/Walk was canceled. The safety of our participants, volunteers, staff, and community must always come first.
While we are incredibly disappointed that we cannot gather together in person, you can still participate VIRTUALLY!
Registered participants can pick up your bib (and shirt if you registered before August 26):
WHERE: Portsmouth Library on the first floor, Levenson Room
WHEN:
- Wednesday, September 30 from 3:00PM - 7:00PM or
- Saturday, October 3 from 10:30AM - 1:00PM
Then, anytime between now and October 31, complete your own 5K—wherever and however you choose! Walk, run, stroll with your family, gather your team, or find a beautiful trail. Make it your own and make it meaningful.
And please send us and post photos of you completing your 5K so we can celebrate your miles, your teams, and your incredible support of My Breast Cancer Support!
We are so incredibly grateful for your participation, fundraising, sponsorship, volunteer time, and commitment to our mission. Your support allows us to continue providing critical financial and emotional assistance to local breast cancer patients and their families during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.
Although we are heartbroken that the weather has prevented us from coming together as planned, we are grateful for your understanding, flexibility, and continued commitment to our breast cancer community.
The weather may have changed our plans, but it cannot stop our purpose.

The IN-PERSON 5K starts at 9:00AM on Sunday, September 27, 2026. Switched to COMPLETELY VIRTUAL DUE TO WEATHER.

The T-Shirt deadline is PASSED (deadline was August 26).

ONLINE Registration closed Wednesday, September 23.

Day-of, In-person registration starts at 7:30 am on Sunday, September 27 at the Portsmouth Middle School. -
Early shirt and bib pick-up is available on Saturday, September 26 from 11:00-1:00 at the Middle School.
VIRTUAL OPTION: If you are not able to join us in person, select the "Virtual Runner" option and run or walk a 5K distance of your choice!

My Breast Cancer Support is an independent NH 501(c)3 non-profit organization that provides financial and emotional support to breast cancer patients and their families on the seacoast of New Hampshire and in southern Maine.

Set up a $$ goal to help our local sisters!
By setting up a FUNDRAISER you can provide financial support for one of these patients (listed below) currently on our list waiting for grants while they are in treatment.
We encourage you to set up a $$ Goal!
- $2,000 will cover a metastatic breast cancer's patient grant.
- $1,500 will pay for a car repair so patients can get to treatments.
- $1,000 will pay for groceries while she’s out of work.
- $500 will cover a home heating bill.
- $250 will go toward utility bills.
- Any amount helps us fund grants for patients in need NOW.
