Get out and start to get exercise again. Get healthy today, join a community, run your first 5k! Many use our program to get fit, run their first race, or use us to get back into running again. In our program you will learn 3 strategies to help you run, walk for the rest of your life stronger than ever.
In our 8 week program you will be able to compete in a 5k at the end.
Your registration comes with:

*Keep Calm And Run To The Best You Team Shirt (All The Cool Kids Have These Shirts)
*You will have access to our Facebook Accountability Group (Community, Tribe and Connection)
*Access to our weekly Health Connection Calls w/ Coach Tadris (Connect with the community and Coach for Q/A on nutrition and running tips)
Our schedule is only 3 days per week.
You perform 2 training’s with the group on Tuesday and Thursdays at 6 pm est. and you run 1 on your own on the weekend.
Online participants may do all their workouts on their own and upload their training to our Accountability Group. We also plug you into our warm-ups on Tuesday and Thursday.
Your target race will be July 26th ***The race scheduled for that day would be Al Mackler Cancer Race in Atlantic City NJ. Due to social distancing we cannot be certain if the race may get postponed. Should that race becomes postponed we will help you sign up for a virtual 5k.
