Join Project Little Warriors in this FREE four week running series! A great time to stay connected with the community and hold yourself accountable to those fitness goals in staying active. This series will be a four week duration, meeting two times each week for approximately 20 minutes via zoom. These zoom sessions will provide information on running tips in regards to form, pace, etc. and a weekly check-in for questions and feedback on your runs! Each week you will be given a training schedule to follow accordingly gearing up for race weekend on May 29-31st, where you will run your virtual 5K and submit the results here!
