Half Marathon Training Group
10 Weeks Plus 1 Week Head Start
Get ready for the Asbury Park Half Marathon or other Spring Half Marathons.
You could use this for marathon training as well. Just add a few miles before and/or after the runs.
Meet mostly on Saturday mornings (Sunday if bad weather or conflicts in schedule).
What You Get
Each participant will receive a training program tailored to their ability leading up to the Half Marathon.
Weekly supported group runs in the Asbury Park area. . Registrants will be notified of location and exact time.
