JOIN A COMMUNITY EVENT ON AUGUST 27!

Are you looking for a great way to enjoy a lovely day at the park while supporting a worthwhile cause? If so, then come and support the Ridge High School Doctors Without Borders Club. We will be hosting a 5K walk and run for people of all ages! You are welcome to bring your whole family for a refreshing walk, or race for first prize. Every runner will receive free water and a small goodie bag. Enjoy the morning with exercise, music, and food!

All proceeds go to Doctors Without Borders/ Médecins Sans Frontières, an international, medical, humanitarian and nonprofit organization that provides aid to people in some 60 countries whose wellbeing is threatened by violence, neglect, or catastrophes, primarily due to armed conflict, epidemics, malnutrition, exclusion from health care, or natural disasters. 

"We find out where conditions are the worst - the places where others are not going - and that's where we want to be" - Doctors Without Borders. This motto is what we are fundraising for - we support the idea that people must go where help is needed the most. We hope that you will join our cause in the fight for helping others having the best quality of life possible!

Also, for those excited to compete, there will be a first, second and third place prize! We hope you will come out and enjoy the fun!
