Join us at the 6th Annual Dignity Dash to support Alternatives, Inc.

 

Bring your family and friends and join us for a beautiful day in a picturesque park! The flat and fast course provides an ample amount of shade, making it a great place to set PB's!

  • 1st Place Overall Winner for Men and Women – Trophy and $75 gift certificate at Sneaker Factory in Basking Ridge

 

Extra Bonus for 1st place winners in each age group for Men and Women in both the 5k and the 10k

  • 1st place winners in each age group for Men and Women – 1st Place Medal and $30 gift certificate at Sneaker Factory in Basking Ridge

  • Finisher Medal and gift certificate at Sneaker Factory in Basking Ridge

 

What to Expect at the Event

  • Tons of food and a plentiful amount of water and other beverages;

  • Music playing all morning long to get you pumped up for the challenge;

  • Water stations along the course, where runners can recharge;

  • Duke Island Park is a great place to spend the day with the family. The Dash begins near the brand-new playground and is sure to please kids young and older;

  • 10k or 5k USATF sanctioned and timed races - part of the Grand Prix;

  • 1-Mile Walk;

  • Kids Dash;

  • T-Shirts for first 150 sign ups  UPDATE: all t-shirt have been assigned

  • Medals & Gift Certificates for all runners

 

The medal ceremony will take place as soon as results are tabulated.

Dignity Dash or are thinking of joining our merry band an outlet to Toot Your Own Horn as you conquer milestones, ask for support when every step is a challenge or offer encouragement as we travel this road to the Dash.


Whether you intend to participate in person or virtually, this group was created to serve as an open forum where kindness rules and where those who are supportive of Alternatives and each other come together as a community to offer encouragement.
