Help Us Fight Autism
Coach Tadris Parker, founder of Run to the Best You, helps people get healthy by teaching a run/walk/run method and how to eat real food for optimal health results. Running is his passion and when faced with live race events being cancelled due to Covid-19, he saw a need to take action. “Non-profit organizations rely on fundraising and because of Covid-19 they are struggling,” explained Coach Tadris. He envisioned a virtual race that would combine a healthy exercise regimen and build up to a race for a great cause.
Teaming up with FACES 4 Autism together they are raising awareness about Autism and putting a spotlight on the services they provide. FACES 4 Autism is a non-profit organization dedicated to education and support of children with Autism and their families. “We provide education and support throughout a child's lifespan.
We understand that every family’s experience with Autism is different, support from other parents, schools and the community is so important. A race like this helps us raise awareness and grow support in the community,” said Isabelle Mosca, Founder of FACES 4 Autism. Run 4 Autism takes place virtually on February 27, 2021.
