Over the course of 4 weeks, you will train in a group setting with 1 of Goliathon’s “David’s”, Jedi Markowski. Training sessions will be every Saturday morning starting May 8th through Saturday May 29th. Jedi will break down all 12 obstacles into the basic skills needed to overcome them. After weeks of practicing fundamentals of each obstacle, race day will be tackled with skill and confidence.
