7/10/16 Coney Island Aquathlon Sprint: 1/2Mile Swim/3 Mile Run or 1/2 mile swim

You can sign up for these races anytime on online registration, you may not use it on race day. Once you sign up you may not change that race, if you are a non-usat member you must pay an additional $12 one day race insurance.
