Hopefully you can join us on the Longport/Margate New Jersey Beach for the Carry Forward 5K! You can support the EMS Flyers Air Support team by joining here:

It's called Carry Forward because you have to carry something. When you join the EMS Flyers Air Support team, you'll select whether you'll participate at the "Flag" level by carrying a flag, at the "Fit" level by carrying weight or at the "Fierce" level by carrying a buddy.
