The trails are calling you!
Come traverse the twists and turns, ups and downs of trail running. Our experienced coaching team will introduce you to terrific Essex County trails while sharing important components for the unique demands of the trail...it's different than on the road!
These FREE trail meet-ups will cover about 3 miles and all people and paces are welcomed. We’ll have a team of mentors to ensure no one gets lost!
Branch out (pun intended), meet new friends and try something new and different while exploring nature.
