Have you always wanted to run your first marathon but you don't know where to start?  Have you already run a marathon and you want to improve your time?  If so, join us for our fall marathon training program.  You will have the support of an incredible group of runners to guide you through 16 weeks of miles in preparation for your goal race.

As a participant, you'll benefit from weekly training runs, tips from experienced coaches as well as tremendous support and motivation from fellow Fueled by Doughnuts club members.  Our runs will incorporate distance, speed, pacing drills and hill work to get you ready for race day.  All paces and levels of experience will benefit from this training program.

Our training program will be tailored to marathons scheduled from October 1st - November 5th.  This includes (but is not limited to) Wineglass, Mohawk Hudson, Steamtown, Chicago, Marine Corps, Atlantic City & NYC.*

In order to start training with us, you should have completed at least one half marathon and currently be running an average 30 total miles per week and/or running 3/4 days per week.

We will have 4 time slots a week for you to train as a group.  Although we encourage you to make as many of the sessions as you can, none of them are mandatory.  You will complete your training on your own time if you can't make it.  Sessions will be Tuesday at 5:30 am or 6:30 pm, Thursday at 5:30 am and Saturday at 7 am.  All sessions will start and finish from the bakery at 16 Label street except the Tuesday session at 6:30 pm.  

*This program does not include marathon registration - you must register for your goal race on your own.
