Definition:

 

A Hybrid Event is any race, run, walk, ride, or fundraising event that incorporates both in-person and virtual elements.

 

Hybrid Events increase options for participant, engaging the maximum number of participants, increase fundraising, and create built-in contingency plans. For example, events could provide a combination of any of the following:

 

- Traditional scored on-site events with defined course.
- On-site, defined course(s) with flexible start times and expanded race dates.
- Race anywhere with set distance(s) and participant or GPS submitted finish times.
- Set or open distance challenge events or activity challenges

Sessions will be hosted using a combination of Zoom and GoToWebinar, depending on the type of content and the number of attendees. Links to attend each session will be sent out the week of the event, as well as posted to the website here

What Are the Sessions Like?

Our sessions are fast-paced and high level, giving you the information you need to do the nitty gritty of setup.

Throughout sessions, participants are muted to ensure good audio quality for the presenter. However, interaction via the various chat functions is highly encouraged throughout the sessions.
