Description
Into the Light will be hosting its 5K Run/Walk at Rutgers University.
The event is open to everyone of all ages.
The Into the Light mental health awareness day and 5K event, is part of our mission to rid the stigma associated with mental health issues among teens and young adults. By raising awareness and funds for mental health programs, we strive to create a supportive community. Join us in a comforting and positive environment where everyone is welcome.
The goal of the event is to rid the stigma surrounding all mental health issues facing teens and young adults through raising awareness and funds for national and on campus mental health programs.
The community will be welcomed into a comforting and positive environment.

Online through 11:59pm on September 29th
In person day of event 11am to 1pm on October 6th
Donation Prizes
Donation of $25 earns you an Into the Light T-Shirt
Donation of $15 earns you an Into the Light Water Bottle
Donation of $10 earns you an Into the Light Drawstring Bag
Donation of $50 and up earns you all 3 items
