IVAG Veterans Day Virtual Fitness Event

The Integra Veterans Affinity Group (IVAG) invites you to participate in the company’s First Annual Veterans Day Virtual Fitness Event on November 1-14. Veterans Day is a time for us to honor all veterans for their patriotism, love of country, and willingness to serve and sacrifice for others.

This event will be hosted virtually so that all Integra employees can participate while reflecting during the event period. 

The virtual fitness aspect of this event is at your own pace.  The reason we chose these activities is to help you better understand the experience of those service members in the military, who are required to maintain a certain fitness level.  It is measured on an individual’s completion of three activities (push-ups, sit-ups, and a 2-mile run/walk). 

Between Nov 1 and Nov 14, we are asking participants to do 2 minutes of sit-ups, 2 minutes of push-ups, and a timed 2- mile run/walk. Upon registering, you will be given the ability to report run/walk results in the new activity cell, sit-ups and push-ups can be recorded in the comments section so you can track your personal progress. This will result in completion of the event.  You can then use this as a baseline to determine how effective your fitness program is helping you become healthier. Testing yourself a few times a year will also help determine your progress.

Registration fee is $30.00 which includes IVAG Event T-Shirt.
