To Our Colleagues,

The Integra African American Affinity Group (IAAAG) invites you to participate in an Integra Juneteenth Virtual 5K taking place June 11, 2023 through June 21, 2023 in support of the :

  1. Minority Organ Tissue Transplant Education Program (MOTTEP). 
  2. Amref Health Africa 
  3. Trill or Not Trill 

Juneteenth is a time for us to assess, improve and engage in conversations on how we can contribute to the betterment of our society. What better way to actively think about how to do that than a walk or run to focus on how we as colleagues and people can unify, heal and stem the tide of a societal issue that we have been confronting for far too long?

 As a virtual 5K, participants will be able to run during the timeframe of the event as they see fit. It is our hope that colleagues will take time for themselves during the week of this event to keep their bodies moving! An in-person Juneteenth Celebration will be scheduled for June 21, 2023, at the Corporate Headquarters located in Princeton, New Jersey. Details regarding this event will be shared at a later date. On this date, we strongly encourage employees to gather together to walk around the Princeton, New Jersey headquarters following the live-streamed event! 

Additionally, registering for this event includes a race packet that will include a T-Shirt, Race Bib and surprise additional items! All race packets will be mailed to each registrant that are not local to the Princeton HQ. Race packets can be picked up from the Princeton HQ the week of June 12, 2023. More information on race packet will be shared at a later date. We encourage everyone to take photos throughout their run using the #IntegraJuneteenth5K. For those interested in donating, but not registering for the event, please click the Donate tab at the top of the webpage.

Our goal is to have 200 employees registered for this event, but we can’t do that without your participation! 

As a thank you to all participants, there will be a randomized raffle taking place! All Integra Employees that register or donate will be entered into a raffle to win a themed basket ranging anywhere from snack baskets to self-care baskets or a gift card! This is our way of thanking you all for your participation!
