The Good Network's 1st Annual 5K

The Good Network is a philanthropic podcast hosted by three high school friends with one goal in mind: "Spread Good. Do Good." Through our podcast, we've held conversations with individuals who are making a difference in communities across the globe. 

The Good Network's First Annual 5K Run will be unique compared to others as we've formed a partnership with Hope For The Warriors. Hope For The Warriors (HFTW) goes above and beyond to support the men and women serving in the armed forces, and we are honored to help them in the best way we can!

In partnering with HFTW, we've decided to support their Back to School/Backpack Drive to help stuff and distribute backpacks to military children. Our only ask for our 5K event is to bring any type of backpack; general back to school supplies; or make a direct monetary donation to HFTW. All you need to do is simply show up, bring a backpack or supplies and/or proof of a donation. The Good Network will handle stuffing the backpacks and ensuring HFTW receives all donation. And remember, if you can't attend our event, we still encourage donations to this wonderful cause!

Lastly, but certainly not least, this event is taking place on at 9:00am on July 7. We would be remiss if we didn't underscore that this holiday is meant to celebrate the Independence of America, and the ability for our country to be a beacon of freedom, life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. We hope that you are inspired to run, not only because it is good for you, but because each and every day millions of Americans in our Military dedicate their lives to protecting our freedom to live ours. Let's celebrate and support a good cause together!
