Come join our beginners 5k training and beyond program! Welcome to one of the most life changing training that you'll ever be a part of. When our group trains for the Trail of 2 Cities race which will be held Saturday Nov. 2nd 2019 @ 8am........people will become aware of what they are actually capable of. With the right motivation, with people with the same goal in mind, we can accomplish great things together. 

The race is a 5k that takes you from Ocean City to Kennedy Park in Somers Point. If you ask a teenager to walk from one town to the next, they will say...call a uber! Yet after 12 weeks, you will be running, jogging, or walking this race with pride. (Special Note: Although the program was originally 12 weeks, we’ve been getting individuals ready sooner) 

Only 3 easy training days per week. You do Sunday’s workout alone. We will meet at Kennedy Park in Somers Point on Tuesday & Thursday evenings at 6pm as a group! (Occasional weekend meet ups available) Walkers are welcomed and encouraged to join, our walking community is growing! (Online participants wanted. More details below)  So whether you want to run your 1st 5k, improve your time, lose weight, or have a community to connect with......this will be awesome for you. **We also have programs for more experienced runners looking to run half or full marathons. Bring your friends, let's get healthy together.

**Special Note: This Does Not Sign You Up For Trail of Two Cities Race (This is for training only, a link will be provided for you to sign up for to official race)

***Virtual 5k Participants 

This program is for you as well. Sign up for this program and you will be running your 5k virtually with us on November 2nd. If you can’t make the trip to NJ no problem, you will run your 5k in your local park. Purchasing this program you will be able to build confidence, get fit and have fun. This program will include our Online Accountability Group that will help achieve your health goals, our detailed schedule or personalized for your level, Annnnnnd upon completing your 12 week program, you will receive our special 5k finishers medal mailed to your door. Weekly check in’s with Coach Tadris Parker with a chance to win prizes for those that enters our weekly challenges.
